FamFam is a local delivery and transport platform that connects customers, shops, riders, and drivers.
You should provide accurate account and contact information when using FamFam.
You are responsible for keeping your account access and any verification codes private.
WhatsApp OTP may be used to verify account access.
Orders, delivery, and shop, rider, or driver features may be limited or unavailable during testing or early launch.
You must not misuse the platform, create fake orders, abuse shops, riders, or drivers, or attempt unauthorized access to FamFam or other users' accounts.
FamFam may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the platform develops.
FamFam may update these terms from time to time.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting FamFam using the email below.
Please include the phone number or other account identifier you use with FamFam so we can locate your account.
FamFam may keep limited records where needed for legal requirements, fraud prevention, payments, safety, dispute resolution, or normal operations.
